My name is Vanessa and I am a mum of two gorgeous little girls. In my own love for sitting down to a nice cup of tea and feeling the great benefits of it, my eldest daughter Alira took an interest in having a cup of tea with me and loves feeling like a 'big girl' when having a cuppa with mummy.

This is where my idea of Kidz Tea was born. Alira loves tasting my different herbal teas and I thought she would really benefit from the vitamins and anti-oxidants in caffeine free fruit tea.

Throughout the different teas there are some amazing health benefits to children and what a great alternative to cordial and heavily sugared fruit juices. Kidz Tea can  be delicious warm on a cold wintery morning or refreshing as a cold drink on a hot summers day. A great little treat also is to mix it with gelatine and make a 'healthy' jelly desert.
