Billy Berry - 100gm
Special blend for berry lovers! Billy Berry has loads of antioxidant rich, high grade elderberries, blackcurrants, blackberries and bilberries mixed with hibiscus blossoms and rosehips. Tastes great chilled and is a favourite amongst kids! Elderberry was used in Europe for lots of illnesses from asthma to colds and constipation.
Brew for 2-5 mins depending on individual taste and strength.
For an Iced Infusion - use mix approx 1 Tablespoon/Litre. Leave in the fridge for 4-8 hours, for best results, leave overnight. Serve with ice or freshly chopped berries.
If you would like to add some extra sweetness, add lemon or honey.
Ingredients: Elderberries, blueberry, apple, black currant leaves, strawberry leaves, blue mallow flowers, hibiscus, sweet Chinese apricot kernels, rosehip, natural essence
