Brewing Tips:
The first thing I say is how long you brew for and how strong you make it is really up to your individual tastes and what I give is a guide.
Your samples can make from 500ml to 1litre (depending on desired strength)
To make a single cup of tea use 1tsp of tea and infuse for 5-7 min. If you prefer stronger continue to brew as these teas do not turn bitter when left longer.
If you desire a weaker tea try using only 1/2 a tea spoon or infuse for only a few minutes.
To make up a larger quantity to chill, place entire sample (approx 1Tblsp) into a jug or tea pot and fill to about 500ml of hot water (80-90 degrees) and allow to infuse for half hour, then if you desire a slightly weaker tea, continue to add water until your desired strength is reached. Allow to sit in fridge overnight and strain tea remains off before serving. I find that Billy Berry can be quite strong and more water is added easily but again this is my personal desire.
